Preparation Method (Chicken Karahi):

1. Heat ½ cup oil in a wok (karahi). Add 1 kg chicken (bone-in, curry-cut pieces) and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until color changes

2. Add 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until aromatic

3. Add Shan Karahi Masala (50g packet) mixed with ¼ cup water. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes

4. Add 3 medium tomatoes (finely chopped) and 2-3 green chilies (slit). Cook on medium heat until tomatoes soften and oil begins to separate

5. Add ½ cup water, cover, and simmer on low heat until chicken is tender (15-20 minutes)

6. Garnish with fresh coriander, ginger juliennes, and green chilies. Serve hot with naan or roti
