Preparation Instructions (Traditional Turkish Coffee)

1. Add 2 teaspoons of Mahmood Turkish Coffee into a cezve (Turkish coffee pot) for each cup (approx. 50ml water per cup)

2. Add cold water and sugar (if desired) to the coffee

3. Stir gently until the coffee is mixed and sugar is dissolved

4. Place on low heat and allow to brew slowly

5. When the coffee begins to foam, remove from heat and pour foam into cups

6. Return to heat and repeat foaming process

7. Pour coffee into cups, allowing grounds to settle

8. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving
